What To Expect
Before Your Appointment
After scheduling your first appointment at Rise, a member of our team will email you a detailed intake form to help us get to know. Our team wants to get to know you before we meet you so that we can best serve your specific needs. We ask that you have this paperwork filled out to the best of your ability before arriving at your appointment. This allows us to have the full scheduled time to focus on you and your care!
Your First Visit
When you arrive at our office, you will be greeted by our staff and given a tour of our space so that it feels more like home. We offer complimentary beverages of water, sparkling water and coffee in our open area for you to enjoy while at your appointment. There is a play room located adjacent to our waiting space for your kids to play while you are in our office.
Dr. Kelsey will come to go over your main concerns. She will address the information from your paperwork as well as dive deeper into what may be causing some of your concerns and help you to understand how chiropractic care might be a good fit for your health journey. After visiting, we will perform our Insight Scans that give us a tangible picture of how well you or your child’s nervous system is functioning. We use the data from the scans to create a personalize care plan to help get you the results you came looking for! Our scans are safe for all ages and conditions…and no they are not the same as an x-ray!
Once the scans are completed, we will likely adjust on the first day to get you started on your health journey as soon as we can. There are very few instances that we will not adjust, but we always want to be thorough in examination to make sure that it is favorable for your health!
Day Two
On your second visit, we get to show you how your nervous system is working and give you an idea of what it will take to give your body its function back. At the time of your second visit, Dr. Kelsey will have reviewed your neuron-spinal analysis and created an individualized care plan that is catered to your specific needs. She will sit down and discuss this information with you and offer any additional recommendations that could benefit your health. We encourage you to ask questions about your care plan and the next steps going forward so that we can help you better understand how chiropractic care may help you to elevate your health.
